Aggresive pop band 'As Sirens Fall,' came together after each individually being in successful bands to create a sound that can never be labelled or put in a box. We got chatting and were able to find out more about the band and what makes them tick…

Having recently collaborated with Indie Pop band 'Neon Islands,' we wanted to get to know them having all come together from the same uni, how have they developed their sound since then? What has touring been like and what sort of mischief have they been up to?

With their biggest inter-continental tour coming up, Altered Sky has made waves in the rock scene. We speak to the Scottish music stars to see what's in store this year for them.

This week T.U.K are in conversation with Scottish pop rock sensations Altered Sky. We speak to the female-fronted band about all things music, festival and fashion!

If you're not aware, get aware! Candy Hearts Band are a 3 piece American Pop Punk Band from New York and New Jersey, that formed in 2010 and is made up of Mariel Loveland on Vocals, Matt Ferraro on drums and John Clifford as bassist. Candy Hearts have come leaps and bounds since and have just released their 2nd album, "All the Ways you let me down" which was produced by big name, Chad Gilbert from pop punk legends, New Found Glory. The first single "I miss you" gives you a sense of what the new 11-song album is all about with their upbeat riffs and very catchy hooks, just like any good pop punk song requires - A disgustingly catchy chorus and the ability to make you want to pencil jump until your legs hurt! You'll find it hard not to bop along and belt out the chorus - Don't fight it; Let the pop punk goodness consume you! With the album being mostly about relationships, you can definitely sense that they are influenced by the likes of Taylor Swift, as it's more lyrically more pop than punk, but don't be fooled; it still has the heavier alternative energy striking through, that will have you nodding your head along and throwing your hands above your head. Muriel fronts the band with a positive energy, despite some of the sadder tones of the songs, and they sound similar to the female fronted pop punk band, Hey Monday! "One of the top 10 pop punk bands that people need to know" - Billboard We hooked Mariel up with all kinds of T.U.K. goodies when she stopped by to pick up some kicks for the Candy Heart's latest tours. Her tops picks were the A8503 pointed leather creepers along with the T2215 Glitter Anarchic Boots and the awesome T2219 purple crushed velvet Anarchic Boots. All three choices are great for the punk rock styling she will need for on stage, as the leather creepers look great with rolled up jeans and the combat boots look amazing with dresses, so you can adopt this style quite easily. If you're not familiar with the website Steal Her Style - then get familiar! It's an awesome website, where music meets fashion to bring you the latest and greatest inspirational outfit ideas based on how to get the look of the celebrities you follow from from Miley Cyrus to Paramore! Steal her style allows you to adopt the style, hair styles and make up tips from celebrities in ways that won't break the bank; by offering great advice on where to get cheaper alternatives to the hefty price of the designer labels. Naturally.. We searched for T.U.K. Creepers and thought we'd share with you how some of these lovely ladies wear their T.U.K. Creepers! If you look to the top right you will see Sydney Sierota from the up and coming band Echosmith. Sydney is often spotted dancing around on stage in a pair of creepers, and this time she has opted for our A8501 round toe brogue creepers matched with a stripey dress and contrasting polka dot tights, as she posed for the photoshoot! Marmite Miley poses for a photoshoot in our eye catching Irisdescent creepers and wears.. not a lot else to be honest, suprisingly. Steal Her Style suggests pairing these creepers up with a quirky pair of blue leopard print jeans or shorts, a chunky necklace.. fluffy Bolero is optional. The iridescent style is also available in our Anarchic Boots range, if you prefer something a tad more tenacious! The great thing about this website is that you can take the bits you like and add your personal twist to make the style your own! Now for a homegrown celebrity, Perrie Edwards from the band Little Mix brought some fun and definitely some style to a photoshoot for their UK tour, in a pair of our A8379L Creeper Wedge Booties. Perrie rocks this looks with a Topshop short floral playsuit, peace sign earrings and brings the edge with bright pink dip dye hair - We love this style and it's easy to create! Bandmate to Perrie is Jade Thirwall in Little Mix, who also snagged herself a pair of our popular A6803 White Leather Hi Mondo Creepers. To our delight, Jade wears her creeper with a mid skirt with her union jack tank top tucked in. The checkered necklace and braces really bring a Ska feel to this outfit! What we love about all of these styles is that they are easy to recreate from what we generally have in our wardrobes or can access quite easily in the high street if needed. So if you're off on a date, to a gig or a party or just feel like jazzing up your own style; get onto steal her style and get some inspirational ideas! Ash Costello from the Californian rock band, New Years Day brings the edge with the amazing ribcage dress from the brand Kill Star and topped off the look with knee high socks and our new Nosebleed Split Stack Mary Janes with the Swirl detail. We can't get enough of this look and the her Harley Quinn style, half red half black hair really stands out with the darkness of this outfit! We love seeing how you rock your creepers, whether it's making them the key factor in your outfit or subtly wearing quirky socks with your creepers in a plain black outfit. Paloma Faith, the eccentric soul infused singer, has come back in full force with her brand new album 'A Perfect Contradiction'. With previous hit singles such as 'Stone Cold Sober' and 'New York' we can only hope Paloma knocks this one out of the ball park too. Paloma and her backing band hit up the Graham Norton show on BBC One with other guest starts featuring Matt Damon, Hugh Bonneville and the legend himself, Billy Murray. Paloma appeared to discuss her new album and to perform her new single, "Can't Rely On You". The whole band were decorated in a running theme of red Tartan, which was quite loud at first but once you adjust you become envious of the great designs they were wearing. Our favorite old school Punk rockers UK Subs are living the dream and will be embarking on their European Tour in January. We excited to say they are taking their T.U.K. Shoes with them. Be sure to catch their UK gigs throughout December, they have a loyal following which is well deserved as they do up to 200 gigs a year and make a regular appearance at the best Punk Festival in the UK, Rebellion Festival, which they are already signed up to to play next year. Genuine, Hardworking with a great taste in shoes.. we love these guys. Guitarist Jet can often be spotted in a pair of White T.U.K. Shoes. Siblings that rock together, stay together! This up & Coming band are worth the listen, after doing covers of famous tunes, such as "I will Wait" by Mumford & Sons they are now releasing their own work and have spent this year doing the Vans Warped Tour and opening for Owl City. One of the original, on going, British punk bands were proving they still have what it takes to get the crowd going this year in style! For those of you who don't know who they are, the U.K.Subs have been around for years showing, playing & Partying.
The U.K.Subs have had a song of theirs covered by Guns n' Roses and a crowd favorite, 'Warhead' was used in the soundtrack to the film 'This is England' so as you can tell they're a big deal!

Jet Storm (guitarist & T.U.K. fan) was showing off his new A8023 White and Black City Rocker Sneakers at the Bournemouth gig on their UK tour, which we were lucky enough to tag along for.
Jet discussed his love for the T.U.K. brand after I showed him the A8143 Hi Mondo Red Leopard print Creepers I was wearing, and told me about his collection, whilst Alvin (bassist) said he had a few pairs too which he loves.

Punk Legend, Charlie Harper & the boys who formed in 1976, were playing to a buzzing crowd of a mixed age variety group, in an intimate venue called 'Anvil' in Lansdowne, Bournemouth. They were socializing with all of us fans, before and after the show had finished, much to our excitement, they were very genuine :)
