Free UK Returns

If you'd like to return your order for any reason then you have up to 21 days (excluding the extended Christmas returns period) to return your item(s) for a refund/exchange as long as your order is still in the new, unused condition that it was sent in

Do not attach any tape or delivery labels directly to the box and please make sure that the box is suitably protected from the weather during transit (popping in a carrier/bin bag and sealing with some tape is a great alternative to expensive mailing bags).

T.U.K. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. We also withhold the right to deduct a £5 fee from any refund if the original box is damaged (tape/labels and stickers included). This does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer free returns for all orders being shipped to addresses within the UK and, as long as your return is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D), you can generate your free returns label at:

If your return exceeds these dimensions, please contact us at info@tukshoes.co.uk.

Please fill out all of the relevant information to generate your free returns label and make sure to include your completed returns form as this will help us to process your return as quickly as possible once it arrives back to us. Package your item(s) safely to ensure that the shoes and original packaging (including the box and swing tags) are able to arrive back to us in a saleable condition.

Once your return is safely packaged, simply follow the instructions on the Royal Mail website and take your return to your local Post Office to send it back to us free of charge. We recommend that you make a note of your tracking number so that you're able to make sure your return gets back to us as we are unable to accept liability for goods lost in transit when being returned to us.

If you need to return an item because of an error on our part or because it's faulty, we ask that you contact us at info@tukshoes.co.uk before sending any items back so that we can decide how best to assist you in resolving any issues with your order. We may ask for photographic proof of any problems to help us to establish what's gone wrong.

We offer customers the option of an exchange, providing the price of the item is the same or less than the one originally purchased otherwise a refund will take place. We will not charge you any extra for the exchanged shoes to be sent to you via our Standard Delivery service.

Refunds can only be made to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once your return has been delivered to us.

International Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we're not able to offer free returns for international returns nor are we able to not cover the cost of international returns for refunds or size exchanges.

We recommend that you send your return via the most economical tracked service available in your location to obtain a tracking number so that you can make sure that your return gets back to us as we're unable to accept any liability for goods lost in transit when being returned to us.
