Returns

For exchanges or refunds please complete the returns form provided with your order, enclosed in your original package. If requested we will refund the monetary value of the items returned, at the price you purchased them.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging. T.U.K. shoes reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. We also withhold the right to deduct a £5 fee from any refund if the original box is damaged (Tape/Labels & Stickers included). This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or because it is faulty, use the same procedure as above, return postage costs will be reimbursed to the value of sending the shoes by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery if the items are deemed faulty or sent in error – Photographic evidence may be requested for our records, prior to returning the item in question.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed if the original account details have expired. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Our returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights.

T.U.K. shoes offers customers the option of an exchange providing the price of the item is the same or less than the one originally purchased otherwise a refund will take place. Please note you will need to pay for the shoes to be returned to us so we can exchange your order – We will then pay for the exchanged order to be sent to you via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.

Returning items by post

Please complete the returns slip provided, and enclose this in your order. We recommend that you send your item via a recorded delivery service to obtain a tracking number and proof of signature. We are unable to accept liability for any goods lost in transit to our warehouse.

Returns (International)

T.U.K. shoes does not cover the cost of international returns by post. Please return your items via the Post Office. Be aware your parcel could become stuck in customs and you will be responsible for any fees incurred. Make sure you have completed the returns slip provided with your order and enclose it in your return parcel. We recommend that you send your item via a recorded delivery service to obtain a tracking number and proof of signature. We are unable to accept liability for any goods lost in transit to our warehouse.
