Order cut-off time 2.00pm

All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

For UK and European orders, an expected delivery date will be displayed depending on the delivery service selected when checking out. 

We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, subject to stock levels. If the dispatch of your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you. All quoted dispatch and delivery times are estimates unless sent by a guaranteed service and are based on standard working days i.e. Monday - Friday.

We will notify you of the courier used to send your order in your dispatch email. All orders sent via Parcelforce will require a signature upon delivery.

 

Deliveries to the UK

We offer free UK shipping for orders over £100. The shipping costs for orders under £100 are:

UK Standard Shipping £3.95 - Standard UK and NI orders are shipped with Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service and should take 48 hours once dispatched.

UK Express Shipping £5.95 - Express UK and NI orders are shipped with Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service and should take 24 hours once dispatched. Delivery can take longer during busy periods and as a result this shipping option is not a guaranteed service as the exact delivery times are out of our control.

UK Next Day Delivery £8.00 - Orders for Next Day Delivery will be sent by Parcelforce Next Day service which guarantees next working day delivery after dispatch in the UK only. Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. We do not ship orders over the weekend so any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered on the following Tuesday. Please note Next Day delivery is not available for some postcodes*.

UK Express Saturday Delivery £15.00 - Orders placed between Thursday 2pm up until 2pm on Friday can be received on the following Saturday. Please be aware that Saturday delivery is not available to some postcodes* so orders being sent to these postcodes using this service will be sent via Next Day delivery service and will be delivered on the following Monday.

International Shipping

Deliveries within Europe

European Delivery £12.00 - European orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail service or Parcelforce International Delivery depending on the location. Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days from dispatching and can require a signature upon delivery.

Deliveries outside of Europe

International delivery (up to 2kg) £18.00 - Each additional 2kg in weight will incur an extra charge of £18.00. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail service. Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 working days from dispatching and a signature may be required upon delivery.

 

European/International Returns

T.U.K. Shoes does not cover the cost of international returns by post. Please fill out the returns form provided in your order and include it in your return. We recommend that you send your return via the most economical tracked service available in your location to obtain a tracking number and proof of delivery. We are unable to accept any liability for goods lost in transit when being returned to us.

If an item is being returned to us due to an error on our part or because it is faulty, we recommend using the same procedure as above and we will reimburse the shipping costs of returning the shoes if the item is deemed to be faulty or sent in error - photographic evidence of the error/fault may be required prior to returning the item in question and proof of the cost of shipping may be required for our records.

T.U.K. Shoes offers customers the option of an exchange, providing the price of the item is the same or less than the one originally purchased otherwise a refund will take place. Please note you will need to pay for the shoes to be returned to us so we can exchange your order. We will not charge you any extra for the exchanged shoes to be sent to you via our European Delivery service or International Delivery service depending upon your location.

Free UK Returns

If you'd like to return your order for any reason then you have up to 21 days (excluding the extended Christmas returns period) to return your item(s) for a refund/exchange as long as your order is still in the new, unused condition that it was sent in

Do not attach any tape or delivery labels directly to the box and please make sure that the box is suitably protected from the weather during transit (popping in a carrier/bin bag and sealing with some tape is a great alternative to expensive mailing bags).

T.U.K. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. We also withhold the right to deduct a £5 fee from any refund if the original box is damaged (tape/labels and stickers included). This does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer free returns for all orders being shipped to addresses within the UK and, as long as your return is smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D), you can generate your free returns label at:

Please fill out all of the relevant information to generate your free returns label and make sure to include your completed returns form as this will help us to process your return as quickly as possible once it arrives back to us. Once your return is safely packaged, simply follow the instructions on the Royal Mail website and take your return to your local Post Office to send it back to us free of charge. We recommend that you make a note of your tracking number so that you're able to make sure your return gets back to us as we are unable to accept liability for goods lost in transit when being returned to us.
