Was in contact with customer service and they were helpful with the exchange, though I had to pay for the return shipping myself.

I measured my feet after the US-site's size guide and landed on EU 39 which turned out to be a perfect fit (my usual size is EU 37 but in some (pretty rare cases) I'm EU 38) They advised not to go by feet measurements because there's a risk you do it incorrectly and end up with the wrong size, but it turned out great for me. Just wish I had done this method at the start and that this info was available on the eu site as well. Anyways, I'm still in love with these shoes because they are so stylish and comfortable on top of being of high quality!!

I usually have either size EU 37 or EU 38 depending on the brand. Upon asking via email about the sizing I was told it's difficult to say with the feet measurements I provided. I was recommended to choose the larger size of the two, and so I did. I expected them to, at the very least, be a tad bit tight but they were a lot smaller than that. I don't know if it's because I have wide feet but I could barely get into the shoes. They were small both vertically and horizontally; They felt like size EU 36.

I'm bummed about the fact that I have to send them back because I was really looking forward to wearing them and the quality seems to be amazing :/ I'm scared to shop their shoes directly from their site now though and will probably only buy from the stock elsewhere where the return is free. I have a pair of white T.U.K creepers in size EU 38 that fit me, so I'm left confused
