Extended Christmas Policy

We understand everyone will be running round like headless chickens for the next few weeks buying Christmas prezzies for their nearest and dearest - less than a month to go! So, any items purchased from the 18th November right through until 31st December are covered by our extended festive returns policy. That means if you buy a gift or receive one from TUKshoes.co.uk we have made it easier for you to exchange it or indeed get a refund, well after all the turkey and Xmas pudding is long gone! Right up until the 21st January 2014! (standard returns policy conditions apply) Opening/Delivery Times: As Christmas draws closer, we understand that you are going to need some peace of mind about getting your orders on time, so here is a list of the important deadlines for Christmas delivery: UK Mainland UK orders are sent as 2nd class signed for standard delivery and take 2-5 working days. You can order up to 16th December for standard delivery to receive your parcel in time for Christmas. If you miss our standard delivery, upgrade to our Express Shipping service for next day delivery up till the 23rd December. European and International Orders European and International orders are all sent via Royal Mail International signed for and they usually take between 3-10 days depending on where you are getting your order sent to. Royal Mail's recommended dates for deliveries are: Tuesday 3rd December - Asia, Far East (inc Japan) Australia and New Zealand Monday 9th December - Cyprus and Eastern Europe, South America and Middle East. Thursday 12th December - United States of America and Western Europe.
