Returns
Should an item need to be returned you must obtain a returns number from us before returning the item. To obtain your returns number please call us on

or email info@drooth.com . No return will be accepted without a returns number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. We can only accept returns up to 14 days from the invoice date.
When contacting us, you MUST have the following information at hand:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you wish to be returned to us
- The reason for your return (faulty, wrong size, un-wanted)
- The outcome you wish (change of size, change of style, refund)
All returned goods received within 14 days of purchasing, in the condition they were purchased with the original box and tags will be given a full refund.
Should you wish to exchange your order please request the alternative item and/or size when requesting your returns number from us. As soon as we receive your returned item your new item will be despatched to you at no extra delivery charge.
If you have received faulty goods please follow the same returns procedure as above and where possible it will help if you can take photos of the fault and email them across to info@drooth.com with your order reference as the subject.
